How to Stop Worrying


Do not know if it's around the holidays, or is it just coincidence, but I'm noticing that many people around me seem more concerned oo more stressed than usual. And I notice also that even though their problems are very different, have something in common. I think it was Mark Twain who said "there have been many problems in my life, most of which never happened?. Indeed, if you think about cold and hard, many of the concerns that we resemble each other in the fact that they are not real. Are potential problem situations that may not even happen. There are fears that we create when we think negatively about what might happen. We do a world of what someone has said, a gesture, a fact more or less relevant but does not fit with our expectations. If it comes to making tough decisions, we consider factors that distract us from the heart, the ultimate purpose of our decision. I am aware that events happen in life that we create suffering and there are tough times we face. It is my intention to be insensitive to anyone who is having a moment like this, but for the rest, most of us, we can check if it is really worth worrying so much.

The answer is no. The most important tip is the most difficult to follow: stay calm and deal instead of worrying. As my dear friend Ana likes to say "what button you have to give? I realize that when I advise my clients to be quiet, stop beating around the problem, relax, look at me face all thinking exactly that, to which button to give you, as if it were that easy. As if this bullshit. And my answer is usually this: worry is a reflection, an automatic reaction learned during years of practice. Let us not forget to put us also) (again take your time and enjoy). 4 .- I can not change the world but I can change myself. 5 .- I can not choose what happens to me but I can choose how to react to it. 6 .- The experiences serve to grow, learn and improve. 7 .- The problems can not be solved in the same frame in which they were created, so I can see everything more clearly when I look from a different prespective.

For those who have spiritual or religious beliefs, a number 8. @ 8 .- I am open to receive help and guidance of __________________ (this is the line for your angels, guides, teachers or gods depending on your beliefs) for my greater good and all. (Important Note: If you have problems with any of the above, then we do have problems, so we can forget what we were worried about before.) That's it. We have already pressed the button. If we can feel all of the above (not just read them) are better able to deal with the situations that confront us. The reason is that these steps are examples of actions that lead us to raise our vibration, to balance the functioning of our chakras which are the doors through which metabolize energy around us. When this happens, it is easier to access resources more creative, more innovative practices and ideas for enfrentarmos day to day. We are better able to differentiate a real problem of unnecessary concern and act accordingly. From this mental and emotional state, we can stop worrying about what you do not have a solution, and deal in a practical way so that it does.

And as to what makes us suffer, we are also better able to reject the suffering that is not ours and we can not overcome avoided. I hope this little guide will be useful simplified.
