Scan online - 4 scans on-line trusted to keep your computer clean

Many people have the money or not or have no interest to install an antivirus or anti spyware program. While I feel that this is a mistake, an online scan can take a good alternative. You just use the online scan. Check out the 4 online scans that I recommend.

BitDefender

BitDefender is an incredible online virus scan. I discovered that it is just as effective, if not more, that I run AVG Free. My biggest complain is it gets plenty of false positives. False positives are when you think something is a virus, but is not actually a virus. Your average user probably will not see this problem too, because you will not have nearly as much stuff as I do the computer. Overall, I think that is the BitDefender online scan best out there.

HouseCall

Another good online virus scan. HouseCall has been around for a long time and a lot of people like. I think it's also very good, but I like BitDefender a little 'more.

Panda

I love Panda antivirus. I think against viruses Panda anti virus is only really worth paying. It 's an absolute beast. That said, I'm not sure how their online scan, mainly because I can not try. It is not currently compatible with Windows Vista, so I'm out of luck. They're going to change soon. Yet, if it is not nearly as good as the scanning of their program, will be a very good try.

Ewido

Ewido is the only online spyware scan I can recommend. Ewido found to be actually more effective than standard programs I was running. Even after the execution of such programs, Ewido still found more things, some serious things like Trojans! Definitely run Ewido.

I highly recommend running at least one of the antivirus and Ewido about once every week or two, even if you have installed programs to work. A free second opinion never hurt anyone .......
