New Capital Argentina: self-understanding, self-construction and self-financing

This development aims to demonstrate that there are alternatives that allow autoconcebir, self-constructed and self-finance the New Capital of Argentina. The same is merely a consolidation of the communications processing and we have been doing on this issue. 2. The basic thesis of the proposal is that: both within the various branches of the Argentine State (Nation, Provinces and Municipalities) and within the community fabric, it has the potential human and material resources for the New Capital, minimizing costs and maximizing opportunities for personal and community development. It only requires adequate mobilization and coordination to promote and / or channel the influences of participation and creativity to be triggered. 3. The location chosen facilitates the construction and operation of the new capital at very low costs. Some of the ingredients of this statement are as follows: 3.1.) Existing infrastructure in transport and communications, 3.2.) The possibility of self-supply of fresh food (fruit and vegetable, meat, dairy l, fish and seafood), 3.3 .) The absence of restrictions on drinking water, 3.4.) A mild climate conducive to productivity (14 C mean annual temperature), 3.5.) Energy from renewable sources (dams, rivers Neuquén, Limay and the Colorado ) 3.6.) Sand and gravel suitable for construction, both in the bed of the Black River, and San Blas Bay, and 3.7.) Black River as a waterway. 4.

The possibilities of the Black River as a waterway, deserve a more detailed treatment, because of its intensive use, lowering costs significantly both the construction and operation of the New Capital. The reason is very clear: According to the technical fees for water transport is at least thirty-five (35) times more expensive than road transport. This would mean: 4.1.) That a cross by ferries system would minimize the need to build expensive new bridges over the river, 4.2.) That a passenger transport system, either by ship or hydrofoil type air-cushion vehicles could be implemented along the river and eventually out to sea, 4.3.)
